The staff was excellent and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. The property is beautiful, set in lush surroundings that make for a serene retreat. The villas are extremely clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the pool view, which offered a tranquil but stunning backdrop to my stay.

However, there were slight delays in room service that could use improvement.

It was just a strong match for a brief sojourn in Isabela with fantastic value. The food at the restaurant was nicely prepared and actually quite delicious. Make sure to ask for extra water bottles before they charge you a fee.

we had an amazing stay at royal. the nature view double casita was perfect, with a lot of space and a private pool. the villa was extremely clean, and the staff were excellent and responsive. we loved the adult-only lap pool, which added a touch of luxury to our quiet getaway.
