The location was amazing in area or rooms or anything and the atmosphere was comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the room was brand-new. The staff where amazingly attentive and respectful people with the service ofALL employees.

The staff was excellent and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, set in lush surroundings. The villas are clean. I particularly enjoyed the pool view with a tranquil but fine backdrop to my stay.

There were slight delays in room service that could use improvement.

We loved the spacious design of our casita, with a nice plunge pool and fine ocean views. The kids enjoyed the beach and the excellent golf course. Especially Gallo.

My children wished there were more variety at the restaurant.

Spacious Nature View Double Casita with a private pool! Love the outdoor dining area and terrace. The room had air conditioning, tv, and minibar. Absolutely enjoyed the heated pool and the comfortable sofa. Staff was helpful and responsive. Perfect!

The location is a lovely resort nestled amongst mountains, providing amazing ocean views. The casitas feature an individual plunge pool and a walkout shower overlooking lush flora. The beautiful pools and excellent golf course added to the well-rounded charm of the facilities.

It was just a strong match for a brief sojourn in Isabela with fantastic value. The food at the restaurant was nicely prepared and actually quite delicious. Make sure to ask for extra water bottles before they charge you a fee.
